摘要 随着信息技术的不断发展,高速加工、多轴数控加工技术、电化花加工等先进技术被广泛地用于模具制造中。多轴数控加工技术是一种新兴技术,其在产品研发中具有一定的价值。因此,着重分析多轴数控加工技术的特性,论述多轴数控加工技术存在的问题与应用现状,并指出多轴数控加工技术的发展方向。 With the continuous development of information technology,advanced technologies such as high-speed machining,multi-axis NC machining technology and electrochemical flower processing are widely used in mold manufacturing.Multi-axis CNC machining technology is an emerging technology that has a certain value in product development.Therefore,the characteristics of the multi-axis NC machining technology are emphatically analyzed,and the existing problems and applications of the multi-axis NC machining technology are discussed,and the development direction of the multi-axis NC machining technology is pointed out.
