摘要 随着社会经济不断发展,现代化生产需求的逐渐增加,桥式起重机作为生产常用设备不得不注重自身电气控制系统性能的优化,继而更好地满足现代生产要求。由于作业环境、工作方式等因素,导致桥式起重机故障频发。带病运转不符合现代电气自动化的生产标准,同时影响生产进度、产品质量。桥式起重机故障,通常发生在控制电路,对此,加强常见故障维修方面的分析尤为关键。 With the continuous development of the social economy and the gradual increase of modern production,the bridge crane,as a common equipment for production,has to pay attention to the optimization of the performance of its own electrical control system,and then better meet the requirements of modern production.The operation environment,working mode and other factors lead to the frequent failure of the bridge crane.The operation of the disease does not conform to the production standards of modern electrical automation,and affects the production progress and the quality of the products.The fault location of overhead traveling crane usually occurs in the control circuit.It is particularly important to strengthen the analysis of common failure maintenance.
