摘要 压力容器在现代工业生产、材料存储等工作中发挥着重要作用,同时也对其焊接技术提出了较高要求。基于此,本文分别就压力容器的焊接技术、压力容器的焊接对策展开分析,论述多丝多弧焊接技术、窄间隙焊接技术、气体保护焊接技术等内容,提出推行自动化焊接技术、焊接设备更新、加大技术研发力度等对策,为后续压力容器制造工艺的优化提供参考。 Pressure vessel plays an important role in modern industrial production.It also puts forward higher requirements for its welding technology,and it is very necessary to improve it.Based on this,this paper analyzes the welding technology of pressure vessel and the welding strategy of pressure vessel respectively,and discusses the multi arc welding technology,narrow gap welding technology,gas protection welding technology and so on.It also gives some countermeasures such as the implementation of automatic welding technology,the renewal of welding equipment,the development of technology and so on,for the follow-up pressure.A reference is provided for the optimization of the manufacturing process of the force vessel.
