摘要
数控车方机床利用刀具与工件的转速差,在圆柱面实现了对称多面的切削加工。本文分析了车方机床的车削原理,介绍和讨论了数控车方机床的结构,并结合现场加工试验,分析了其加工特点以及以后的发展趋势。
Numerically controlled machine tool machine uses the rotation speed difference between tool and workpiece to realize symmetrical multi plane cutting in cylindrical surface.This paper analyzes the turning principle of the car square machine tool,introduces and discusses the structure of the NC machine tool,and analyzes the processing characteristics and the future development trend combining with the field processing test.
