喷雾式除氧加热器用于工程机械轮胎过热水硫化工艺,通过介绍工艺流程、确定质平衡和热平衡的关系,在稳定运行情况下,给出除氧器耗汽量与蒸汽、补给水之间的密切关系,对指导热力除氧器节能、高效运行,具有重要意义。
The spray type deaerator is used in the superheated water vulcanization process of engineering machinery tires.By introducing the process flow,determining the relationship between mass balance and heat balance,under the steady operation,the close relationship among deaerator steam consumption and steam,make-up water are given,which is of great significance for guiding the energy-saving and efficient operation of the thermal deaerator.
