摘要
电子垃圾中含有大量的黑色金属、有色金属、贵重金属、塑料等可再生资源,被称为城市矿产,但是野蛮的电子垃圾处理模式却会带来严重的环境污染问题。从溴代二噁英污染角度,首先估算了全球及中国由于电子垃圾处理可能产生的二噁英总量,然后对目前国内外电子垃圾处理过程中溴代二噁英污染的来源、生成机理、污染情况及减控措施等方面的研究进展进行了文献总结,最后提出电子垃圾带来的二噁英污染问题的解决方法,以期能为国内相关研究领域提供借鉴。
Electronic waste contains a large number of renewable resources,including ferrous metals,non-ferrous metals,precious metals,plastics,et al,which is called urban mineral,but the barbaric e-waste disposal model will bring serious environmental pollution problems.This paper presents the pollution of polybrominated dibenzo-p-dioxins and dibenzofurans(PBDD/Fs)in the process of electronic waste disposal,estimates the total quantities of PBDD/Fs at home and abroad,also sources/origins,formation mechanism,pollution and control measures are reviewed.It also put forward the solution of PBDD/Fs caused by e-waste,as to provide reference for the domestic related research fields.
