摘要
国内某核电站一期工程二回路凝结水二级调节阀出现树脂的状况,使水质发生偏离,对蒸汽发生器造成危害。维修工程技术人员依据系统设计图纸,采取排除法和分析法(对树脂类型进行分析)相结合的方式,逐一验证各种导致树脂漏入凝结水系统的可能,彻底弄清了二回路凝结水二级调节阀内树脂产生的原因;根据机组现行运行情况以及系统缺陷,采取了近期应对措施,并对如何通过技术改造,彻底解决系统缺陷提出了设想。
In the first phase project of a domestic nuclear power plant,resin appears in the second stage regulating valve for condensation water in the secondary circuit,which causes the deviation of water quality and exerts harmful influence on the steam generator.Based on the system design drawings,maintenance technicians adopt exclusive method and analysis method(the type of resin analysis)to screen out all possibilities that will result in the leakage of resin.And finally through the analysis,the reason has been found.In addition,considering the capability of the current operation unit and system deficiencies,measures have been taken recently and some ideas regarding how to solve the system deficiencies thoroughly by improving the technologies have been put forward.
