摘要
为了解细菌抗药性的种间传递,本试验将抗药的鸭疫里默氏杆菌RA P3菌株和不抗药的大肠杆菌标准株8099混合传代培养,筛选传代培养后出现的大肠杆菌抗药菌株,之后对获得的抗药大肠杆菌菌株K-8099和大肠杆菌标准株8099及鸭疫里默氏杆菌RA P3菌株进行药敏试验和抗药基因检测。结果表明鸭疫里默氏杆菌RA P3的抗药基因传递给了不抗药的大肠杆菌标准株8099,且大肠杆菌抗药株K-8099的抗药水平显著提高。说明在混合感染过程中,鸭疫里默氏杆菌与大肠杆菌的的抗药性确实可以发生种间传递。
In order to know the interspecific drug-resistance transfer of bacteria,RA P3 strain from Riemerella anatipestifer with drug-resistance and E.coli standard strain 8099 sensitive to the antibiotics were selected for mixed subculture to screen out the appeared E.coli strain with drug-resistance.Then,we tested the drug sensitive and resistance gene in E.coli strain K-8099 with drug-resistance from mixed subculture,E.coli standard strain 8099 and RA P3 strain in the study.The results showed that the resistance gene from RA P3 strain was transfered into E.coli standard strain 8099,and the drug-resistance of E.coli strain K-8099 was significant improved.This study proved that interspecific drug resistance transfer could really happen between Riemerella anatipestifer and E.coli in the mixed infection process.
