摘要
本试验以白籽南瓜品种‘伟砧1号’为砧木,黄瓜品种‘津优35号’为接穗,设靠接、插接、贴接和断根插接4个嫁接处理,比较了不同处理下的嫁接工效、幼苗成活率及生长和生理特性。结果表明:不同处理下的幼苗成活率均在90%以上,但嫁接工效差异较大,插接最高,靠接最低;贴接和断根插接幼苗的叶绿素含量、根系活力、抗氧化酶活性等均优于靠接和插接幼苗。综合比较,贴接优于靠接、插接和断根插接。
In this experiment,using white-seed squash Weizhen 1 as rootstock and cucumber Jinyou 35 as scion,the grafting efficiency,survival rate,growth and physiological characteristics of seedlings under four grafting treatments(approach grafting,cuttage grafting,patch grafting,root-cutting grafting)were compared.The results showed that the survival rates of seedlings under the four grafting treatments were all above 90%.But the grafting efficiency was quite different,and the cuttage grafting method was the highest,while the approach grafting method was the lowest.The chlorophyll content,root activity,antioxidant enzyme activities,etc.of the patch grafting and root-cutting grafting treatments were better than those of approach grafting and cuttage grafting.Through comprehensive comparison,the patch grafting method was superior to approach grafting,cuttage grafting and root-cutting grafting.
