施氮量对小麦鲁原502干物质积累、转运及产量的影响 被引量:6

摘要 在大田条件下以小麦品种鲁原502为材料,通过设置0、75、150、225、300 kg/hm^2五个施氮水平,研究氮素对其干物质积累、转运及产量的影响。结果表明,在一定范围内增施氮肥,鲁原502各生育时期的干物质积累量增加,花前贮存物质转运量及对籽粒产量的贡献率提高,单位面积穗数和穗粒数增加,进而提高产量,过量施氮则产量下降;小麦千粒重受氮素影响变化不大。综上所述,本试验大田条件下鲁原502的最佳施氮量为225 kg/hm^2。 Using wheat variety Luyuan 502 as the material,five nitrogen levels including 0,75,150,225 and 300 kg/hm 2 were setted to investigate the effect of nitrogen rate on dry matter accumulation,translocation and yield.The results showed that adding nitrogen fertilizer in the right amount was contribute to the accumulation of dry matter,increased the translocation amount of storage substance before flowering and contribution rate to grain yield,improved the number of panicles per unit area and grain number per panicle and eventually increased production.Excessive nitrogen fertilization resulted in decreased production.The effect of nitrogen rate on wheat 1 000-grain weight was not significant.Under the field conditions in this experiment,the optimal nitrogen application amount of Luyuan 502 was 225 kg/hm 2.
