摘要 将从苦荞麦中提取的功效成分,与传统白酒配制成具有辅助降血脂、降血糖功能的产品。经过毒理学评价和功效学评价,结果表明,酒体安全无毒,对实验动物的血脂、血糖具有辅助降低作用。 Baijiu with hypolipidemic and hypoglycemic functions was prepared by traditional Baijiu coupled with the functional components extracted from Tartary buckwheat.Toxicological evaluation and efficacy evaluation suggested that the produced Baijiu was safe and non-toxic,and it could help reducing blood lipid and blood sugar of the experimental animals.
