摘要
针对分布式电源(DG)通常接入到配电网络中,DG的投资运行成本和用户负荷不确定性因素,提出一种计及信息不确定性的DG优化配置模型。利用区间数表示DG中的不确定因素建立区间多目标优化模型,该模型以DG投资运行成本最小和网络损耗最小为目标。最后提出一种改进的IP-MOEA计算方法对此问题进行了求解,通过IEEE33节点配电网算例验证了所提方法的可行性。
In view of the uncertainties of distributed power supply,operating cost and user load when distributed power supply(DG)is usually connected to the distribution network,a model for DG optimal planning is proposed along with information uncertainty.The interval multi-objective optimization model is established by using the interval indicates uncertainty for DG.The model targets the least investment cost of DG and the minimum loss indistribution network.Finally,an improved IP-MOEA method is proposed in this paper to solve this problem.The feasibility of the proposed method is verified by an IEEE33 node distribution network test example.
