系统护理干预在双相情感障碍躁狂发作中的应用研究

Application of Systematic Nursing Intervention in Manic Attack of Bipolar Affective Disorder

目的探讨系统护理干预在双相情感障碍躁狂发作患者中的应用效果。方法将我院2015年5月~2017年5月接收的120例双相情感障碍躁狂发作的患者,随机分为对照组和干预组,各60例。对照组患者采用常规护理干预,干预组患者行系统护理干预,比较两组护理效果。结果干预后,干预组患者的WMS与WAIS-RC各个项目评分均大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对双相情感障碍躁狂发作患者实施系统护理干预可以显著降低其躁狂发作情况,改善认知功能,促进疾病康复,值得临床应用。

Objective To explore the effect of systematic nursing intervention in bipolar affective disorder patients with manic episode.Methods From May 2015 to May 2017,120 patients with bipolar affective disorder were randomly divided into control group and intervention group,60 cases each.Patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing intervention.Patients in the intervention group were treated with systematic nursing intervention.The nursing effects were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,scores of WMS and WAIS-RC in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Systemic nursing intervention in patients with bipolar disorder may significantly reduce the manic episode,improve cognitive function and promote the rehabilitation of the disease,which deserves clinical application.
