超声刀扁桃体切除术后T细胞免疫功能情况评估 被引量:2

摘要 目的评估超声刀扁桃体切除术对慢性扁桃体炎患者T细胞免疫功能的恢复情况。方法选自我科2014年6月~2016年10月住院慢性扁桃体炎患者,并采用超声刀对有手术指征的慢性扁桃体炎患者行双侧扁桃体切除手术,对手术前1周及术后1、6个月患者外周血T细胞亚群中CD4^+,CD8^+及CD4^+/CD8^+进行检测。结果术后1个月,患者外周血CD4^+,CD8^+及CD4^+/CD8^+比值与术前1周相比差异无统计学意义。术后6个月,CD4^+及CD4^+/CD8^+比值较术前提高(P<0.01)。术后6个月外周血CD4^+及CD4^+/CD8^+比值与健康体检者比较差异无统计学意义。结论慢性扁桃体炎患者行超声刀扁桃体切除术后机体T细胞免疫功能可恢复正常水平,在避免反复炎症发作引起其他器官并发症的同时,对机体的整体免疫功能有益。 Objective To evaluate the recovery of T cell immune function in patients with chronic tonsillitis after sonographic scalpel tonsillectomy.Methods Patients with chronic tonsillitis were selected from our department from June 2014 to October 2016.The patients with chronic tonsillitis were treated with sonographic scalpel for bilateral tonsillectomy.CD4+,CD8+and CD4+/CD8+in peripheral blood T cell subsets of patients with chronic tonsillitis was detected 1 w before operation and the 1st and 6th months after operation.Results 1 month after operation,there was no significant difference in CD4+,CD8+and CD4+/CD8+ratio between the condition at 1 w before the operation,but 6 months after operation,the ratio of CD4+and CD4+/CD8+was higher than that before operation(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the ratio of CD4+and CD4+/CD8+between patients at the time of 6 months after operation and healthy controls.Conclusion T cell immune function of patients with chronic tonsillitis can return to normal level after tonsillectomy with sonographic scalpel,while avoiding complications of other organs caused by repeated inflammatory attacks.It is beneficial to the whole immune function of the body.
