在信息多元化的时代背景下,医疗机构如何合理应对网络舆情危机的巨大影响成为一个重要问题。本文从医疗机构网络舆情的特点入手,简述目前医院处理网络舆情的现状,对其产生的原因展开分析,提出医院应对网络舆情的合理对策。

In the era of diversified information,how medical institutions can reasonably cope with the huge impact of Internet public opinion crisis has become an important issue.This article begins with the characteristics of network public opinion in medical institutions,briefly describes the current situation of network public opinion handled by the hospital,and analyzes the causes of the public opinion and puts forward the reasonable countermeasures for the hospital to deal with public opinion on the internet.
