摘要
阿加曲班作为新一代的抗凝血药,可抑制血凝块的结合并溶解凝血酶。相对于低分子肝素等其他抗凝血剂而言,它具有无抗原性,构效关系明确,临床使用安全,临床药动学半衰期短等特点。随着研究不断深入,阿加曲班的应用前景将会更为广泛。
Argatroban can inhibit the binding of blood clots and dissolve thrombin as a new generation of anti clotting drugs.Compared with low molecular weight heparin and other anticoagulants,it has no antigenicity,clear structure-activity relationship,safe for clinical use and pharmacokinetic characteristics of short half-life of clinical medicine.With the development of the application research,prospects of argatroban is more extensive.
