摘要
目的探讨北京地区医院图书馆员的职业倦怠和主观幸福感的现状及内在联系。方法 2015年10月~2017年1月,利用Maslach工作倦怠量表通用版和中国城市居民主观幸福感量表简本作为主体,对图书馆员进行调查研究。结果北京地区医院图书馆员的职业倦怠总体水平并不严重,主观幸福感处于中等水平。结论管理者和图书馆员自身都应积极采取各种措施,避免或减缓职业倦怠的发生、发展,提高主观幸福感。
Objective To explore the current situation and the relationship between job burnout and subjective well-being of librarians in Beijing area.Methods From October 2015 to January 2017,using the Maslach burnout inventory general and Chinese city residents subjective well-being scale.As the main body,the investigation and research on the librarians.Results The overall level of job burnout of hospital librarians in Beijing is not serious,subjective well-being is in the middle level.Conclusion Managers and librarians themselves should actively take various measures to avoid or slow down the occurrence of job burnout,development and improve subjective well-being.
