摘要
先天性脊柱侧弯是先天性椎体发育异常形成的三维空间的脊柱畸形,脊柱畸形往往进展迅速,如不早期积极干预,可能导致脊髓受压,影响心肺发育,危害患儿身心健康。早期诊断、早期手术治疗可以有效减缓脊柱侧弯进展。根据患儿自身情况可以选择骨骺阻滞术、生长棒技术和半椎体切除术等。儿童脊柱侧弯矫治手术难度高,术前CT三维重建可以很好地帮助外科医生设计手术方式,降低术中并发症的发生率。
Congenital scoliosis is a three-dimensional spinal deformity formed by congenital vertebral body dysplasia,which often progresses rapidly.If not early active interfered,may lead to spinal cord pressure,affect cardiopulmonary development,and do harm to children's physical and mental health.Early diagnosis,early surgical treatment can effectively slow down the progression of scoliosis.According to the situation of children can choose epiphyseal block,growth rod technology and hemivertebra resection.Children scoliosis correction surgery is difficult.Three-dimensional CT reconstruction before operation can help surgeons to design surgical methods and reduce the incidence of intraoperative complications.
