摘要 目的观察应用激光光凝手术治疗眼底疾病的临床疗效和并发症情况,评价其临床应用价值。方法选择我院2014年5月~2016年1月收治的100例眼底疾病患者,根据治疗方式分成两组,对照组50例患者选择临床常规治疗,实验组50例患者选择激光光凝手术治疗,分析两组患者的临床疗效和并发症发生情况。结果实验组的临床治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组的并发症发生率显著低于对照组,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对眼底疾病患者进行治疗时,激光光凝手术治疗能提高临床疗效,降低并发症发生率,具有临床应用价值。 Objective To observe the clinical effect and complications of the application of laser surgery for treatment of fundus diseases,and evaluate its clinical value.Methods 100 cases of fundus disease patients in our hospital in May 2014~2016 year in January,according to the treatment methods are divided into two groups,the control group of 50 patients with clinical routine treatment,the experimental group of 50 patients of laser light surgical treatment of coagulation,analysis the clinical efficacy and complications of the two groups of patients were observed.Results The clinical treatment of the experimental group total effective rate was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(<0.05);the experiment group the incidence of complications was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with fundus disease,laser photocoagulation can improve the clinical efficacy,reduce the incidence of complications,it has clinical application value.
