摘要
目的分析新生儿窒息后心肌损伤应用磷酸肌酸钠治疗临床效果。方法本实验共选取窒息后心肌损伤患儿52例,按照随机法将其分成研究组和对照组,研究组患者应用磷酸肌酸钠注射液治疗,对照组患者应用常规方案治疗。结果研究组患者临床治疗总有效率96.15%和左心室射血分数(0.65±0.08)%和左心室短轴缩短率(0.49±0.06)%均明显高于对照组临床治疗总有效率61.54%和左心室射血分数(0.30±0.01)%和左心室短轴缩短率(0.16±0.05)%;同时研究组患者肌酸激酶同工酶(21.4±11.0)U/L和肌钙蛋白I(0.03±0.01)ng/ml均明显低于对照组患者酸激酶同工酶(51.5±11.5)U/L和肌钙蛋白I(0.12±0.03)ng/ml(P<0.05),该组患儿临床效果更好。结论窒息后心肌损伤患儿在临床治疗中应用磷酸肌酸钠效果更好,用药后能够有效改善患儿心功能情况,改善心肌损伤,促进其身体恢复,在临床中应用具有重要意义。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of sodium creatine phosphate in neonatal asphyxia after myocardial injury.Methods In this study,52 children with myocardial injury after asphyxia were randomly divided into study group and control group.Patients in study group were treated with sodium creatine phosphate injection and patients in control group were treated with conventional regimen.Results The clinical treatment of patients with total efficiency of 96.15%and left ventricular ejection fraction(0.65依0.08)%and left ventricular fractional shortening(0.49依0.06)%were significantly higher than the control group total effective rate 61.54%and left ventricular ejection fraction(0.30依0.01)%and left ventricular fractional shortening(0.16依0.05)%;At the same time,patients in the study group,creatine kinase MB(21.4依11.0)U/L and troponin I(0.03依0.01)ng/ml were significantly lower than the control group of patients with acid kinase isoenzyme(51.5依11.5)U/L and troponin I(0.12依0.03)ng/ml(<0.05),the group of children with better clinical effect.Conclusion The effect of creatine phosphate sodium is better in the treatment of myocardial injury after asphyxia.It can effectively improve the cardiac function,improve myocardial injury and promote the recovery of the body,and is of great significance in clinical application.
