低剂量扫描结合个体化对比剂用量在CT肺动脉成像中的价值研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨低剂量扫描结合个体化对比剂用量在CT肺动脉成像(CTPA)中的价值。方法收集本院行CTPA的受检者60例,分为实验组和对照组各30例。实验组:管电压80 k V,对比剂用量=0.3 ml/kg×体重;对照组:管电压120 kV,对比剂用量20 ml。对比两组的图像质量、有效剂量(ED)和对比剂用量。结果两组图像质量满足临床诊断要求,且评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实验组ED、对比剂用量较对照组分别降低了70.00%、12.50%(P<0.05)。结论低剂量扫描结合个体化对比剂用量在CTPA中,可保证图像质量,且明显降低辐射剂量和对比剂用量。 Objective To investigate the value of low-dose scanning combined with individualized contrast medium in CT pulmonary angiography(CTPA).Methods 60 cases of CTPA from our hospital were collected and divided into experimental group and control group of 30 cases.The experimental group:the tube voltage was 80 kV,the contrast agent dosage was 0.3 ml/kg伊body weight;the control group:the tube voltage was 120 kV and the contrast agent dosage was 20 ml.Compare the two groups of image quality,effective dose(ED)and contrast agent dosage.Results The image quality of the two groups met the requirements of clinical diagnosis,and there was no significant difference in the scores(>0.05).The amount of ED and contrast agent in the experimental group decreased by 70.00%and 12.50%,respectively(<0.05)compared with the control group.Conclusion Low-dose scanning combined with individualized contrast agent dosage in CTPA can ensure the image quality and significantly reduce the radiation dose and contrast agent dosage.
