不同血液净化方式对维持性血液透析患者残余肾功能影响的临床护理观察

Clinical Nursing Observation on the Influence of Different Blood Purification Methods on Residual Renal Function in Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients

目的应用两种血液净化方法对患者进行维持性血液透析治疗,探析这两种方式对患者残余肾功能的影响。方法选择我科收治的120例行常规血液透析的尿毒症患者,对照组采用低通量血液透析方式治疗,观察组采用血液透析联合血液灌流(HD+HP)方式治疗,对比两组患者治疗前后RRF等相关指标。结果治疗前两组各项指标无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗前后观察组患者的RRF、总胆固醇等指标变化明显,与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论 HD+HP方式治疗维持性血液透析患者,可有效保护患者残余肾功能,多项指标均明显降低,值得推广应用。

Objective To apply two kinds of blood purification methods to patients for maintenance hemodialysis treatment and to explore the influence of these two methods on residual renal function in patients.Methods A total of 120 uremic patients undergoing routine hemodialysis were enrolled in this study.The control group was treated by low-flux hemodialysis.The observation group was treated by hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion(HD+HP).Before and after treatment RRF and other related indicators.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(>0.05).RRF and total cholesterol in the observation group changed significantly before and after treatment,with significant difference compared with the control group(<0.05).Conclusion HD+HP treatment of patients with maintenance hemodialysis can effectively protect the residual renal function,a number of indicators were significantly reduced,it is worth promoting the application.
