温阳药酒灸联合玻璃酸钠注射液治疗膝骨关节炎寒湿痹阻证临床研究

Clinical Observation on Wenyang TCM Wine Moxibustion Combined with Sodium Hyaluronate Injection for Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis with Cold Damp Obstruction Syndrome

目的观察温阳药酒灸联合玻璃酸钠注射液对膝骨关节炎寒湿痹阻证的临床疗效。方法采用随机数字表法将80例患者分为治疗组和对照组各40例。对照组予玻璃酸钠注射液膝关节腔注射,每次2 m L,每周1次。治疗组在对照组基础上,予温阳药酒灸,每3~4 d行1次。2组均连续治疗5周。观察2组Lysholm膝关节功能评分、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分和中医症状评分,评定2组临床疗效及中医疗效,监测不良反应。结果治疗组临床疗效总有效率为85.00%(34/40),对照组为60.00%(24/40),2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组中医疗效总有效率为85.00%(34/40),对照组为50.00%(20/40),2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与本组治疗前比较,2组治疗后Lysholm膝关节功能评分、VAS评分明显改善,治疗组中医症状积分明显改善(P<0.01);2组治疗后比较,治疗组Lysholm膝关节功能评分、VAS评分、中医症状积分改善优于对照组(P<0.01)。2组未见不良反应。结论温阳药酒灸联合玻璃酸钠注射液治疗膝骨关节炎寒湿痹阻证疗效显著,可明显改善患者膝关节不适症状。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Wenyang TCM wine moxibustion combined with sodium hyaluronate injection for treatment of knee osteoarthritis with cold damp obstruction syndrome.Methods Totally eighty patients of knee osteoarthritis with cold damp obstruction syndrome were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given sodium hyaluronate injection for knee cavity,2 mL each time,once a week.The treatment group was treated with Wenyang TCM wine moxibustion on the basis of the control group,every 3 to 4 d.The treatment for both groups lasted for 5 weeks.Lysholm knee functional scores,visual analogue scale(VAS)scores and TCM symptom scores in both groups were observed.Clinical efficacy and TCM efficacy in both goups were evaluated.Adverse reactions were detected.Results The total effective rate of clinical efficacy was 85.00%(34/40)in the treatment group and 60.00%(24/40)in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The total effective rate of TCM efficacy was 85.00%(34/40)in the treatment group and 50.00%(20/40)in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,Lysholm knee function scores and VAS scores improved significantly after treatment in both groups(P<0.01),TCM symptom scores improved significantly after treatment in the treatment group(P<0.01).Comparing the two groups,Lysholm knee function scores,VAS scores and TCM symptom scores in the treatment group were better than those in the control group(P<0.01).No adverse reactions were found in both groups.Conclusion Wenyang TCM wine moxibustion combined with sodium hyaluronate injection has obvious efficacy for treatment of knee osteoarthritis with cold damp obstruction syndrome,which can significantly improve knee discomforts of patients.
