摘要
本文探析赖新生运用"引气归元法"治疗干燥综合征的临床经验。赖教授认为,"归元"为病机转化的枢要,濡养元神为治疗本病的关键。其创用"引气归元法",固化元气、通补脏腑,强调针药结合,辨证循经论治,重阴兼瘀、疏肝安神,临床疗效显著。
This article analyzed clinical experience of treating Sjogren syndrome with“yin-qi gui-yuan therapy”by LAI Xin-sheng.Professor LAI considers“gui-yuan”is the emphasis of transformation of pathogenesis,and nourishing yuan-shen is the key of treating the disease.He sets up“yin-qi gui-yuan therapy”for supporting essence qi and reinforcing zang-fu organs.He stresses acupuncture combined with Chinese herbs and treatment based on syndrome differentiation or meridians,and attaches much weight to yin and blood stasis,disperse the liver or tranquilize the mind.It has a significant efficacy in clinic.
