摘要
目的探讨护理人员心理承受力与工作投入的关系,为提高护理人员心理承受力,改善护理人员工作投入水平提供参考。方法采用一般情况调查表、护士心理承受力量表和工作投入量表等问卷对500名临床护理人员进行调查。结果护理人员的心理承受力与工作投入呈正相关,护理人员心理承受力和工作投入均处于中等水平;不同性别、年龄和科室护理人员心理承受力评分具有统计学差异,不同科室护理人员工作投入评分具有统计学差异。结论护理管理者应加大对护理人员心理承受力的培养,从而增加其工作投入的程度,提高护理队伍的工作热情,以助于护理行业更好地发展。
Objective To explore the relationship between psychological endurance and work input of nurses,so as to provide references for improving the psychological endurance by promoting their work engagement.Methods A total of 500 clinical nurses were investigated using a general condition questionnaire,the nurses′psychological endurance capability scale and the work engagement scale.Results There was a positive correlation between the nurses′psychological endurance capability and their work engagement.Both the nurses′psychological endurance capability and their work engagement were of a medium level.Significant differences were observed in the psychological endurance capability of nurses with different genders,ages and departments.Moreover,significant differences were found in the work engagement among nurses from different departments.Conclusion Nursing managers should attach importance to the training of nurses′psychological endurance capability,so as to increase their work engagement to upgrade nursing service in the whole.
