改良的培训者培训模式在护理技能培训中的应用效果 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨培训者培训模式在护理技能培训中的应用效果。方法选取我院2015年护理骨干32名为对照组,采用传统培训模式进行培训,选取2016年护理骨干32名为实验组,采用改良的培训者培训模式进行培训。培训合格后分别对2015年及2016年的低年资护士进行培训。比较2组培训者和被培训者的操作技能水平。结果实验组操作技能水平好于对照组,2016年低年资护士操作技能水平也好于2015年组。结论通过实施改良的培训者培训,使培训者的行为修养、带教师资能力得到提升,被培训的低年资护士护理操作技能得到巩固和提高,达到规范化、同质化,确保临床护理操作技能的规范化落实。 Objective To explore the effect of applying the modified train-the-trainers mode in the training of nursing skills.Methods Thirty-two nursing supervisors were selected in 2015 into the control group and trained in the traditional method,while another 32 counterparts were chosen into the experimental group and trained using the modified train-the-trainers mode.After the training,both groups were asked to train junior nurses.The nursing skills of the nursing supervisors and junior nurses were compared between the two groups correspondingly.Results The nursing skills of the experimental group and their trainees were significantly better than that of the control group and their trainees.Conclusion By using the new improved train-the-trainers mode,the behaviors and training capacity of trainers are promoted.The nursing skills of nursing trainees are increased.The new method can guarantee the standardization and homogenization of junior nurses'nursing skills.
