多种银质针方法治疗膝关节骨关节炎及关节痛的疗效研究

Clinical effect of multiple silver acupunctures in the treatment of OA and arthralgia

目的 研究膝关节骨关节炎患者采用银质针治疗的临床效果.方法 临床纳入82例我院2016年1月至2017年6月期间收治的膝关节骨关节炎患者作为研究对象,按随机排列表法分为两组各41例.其中41例患者采用超声引导下痛点阻滞联合关节腔玻璃酸钠注射治疗作为对照组,另41例患者采用超声引导下密集型银质针治疗作为观察组.观察两组患者治疗效果、膝关节功能以及不良反应情况.结果 观察组、对照组治疗总有效率95.12%、80.49%,观察组明显高于对照组,P<0.05.治疗前两组患者膝关节功能评分无差异,P>0.05;治疗后观察组疼痛评分、僵直评分、活动难度评分以及总评分均低于对照组,P<0.05.观察组、对照组并发症发生率分别为12.20%、17.07%,两组对比无差异,P>0.05.结论 银质针治疗膝关节骨关节炎效果较好,明显改善疼痛和膝关节功能,不良反应较低,值得临床应用及推广.

Objective To explore the clinical effect of silver acupunctures in the treatment of OA(osteoarthritis).Methods 82 OA patients treated from January 2016 to June 2017 in our hospital were selected.The subjects were randomly divided into two groups,41 cases each group.The control group adopted the acusector and drug penetration therapy;the observation group adopted the intensive silver acupuncture.The clinical effect,knee joint function and adverse reactions were observed.Results The total effective rate for observation group(95.12%)was significantly higher than control group(80.49%)(P<0.05);before treatment,the knee joint function scores for two groups were not significantly different(P>0.05);after treatment,the evaluation scores of pain,rigidity and activity difficulty and total scores for observation group were lower than control group(P<0.05);the incidence rate for observation group(7.32%)and control group(9.76%)was not significantly different(P>0.05).Conclusion The silver acupuncture has a better effect in OA patients,can relieve the pain,improve the knee joint function and reduce the adverse event rate.
