健康教育及整体护理在新生儿高胆红素血症中的应用

Application of health education and holistic nursing in neonatal hyperbilirubinemia

目的 探究健康教育及整体护理在新生儿高胆红素血症中的应用.方法 选取2016年8月-2017年5月我院收治的高胆红素血症新生儿80例作为研究对象,按照护理方法不同展开分组,对照组(n=40,常规护理)及实验组(n=40,健康教育及整体护理),观察两组新生儿认知功能、智力发育指数等指标.结果 护理干预工作进行前,两组患儿PDI指数、MDI指数十分接近(P>0.05);护理工作开展后,两组两个发育指标都得到显著好转(P<0.05),实验组效果更好(P<0.05).护理工作开展后,两组两个GCS评分、NIHSS评分认知指标都得到显著好转(P<0.05),实验组效果更好(P<0.05).护理后,实验组的患儿的并发症、NBNA评分不合格明显少于对照组(P<0.05).其中,实验组并发症发生率5.00%(2/40),对照组20.00%(8/40),(P<0.05).结论 健康教育及整体护理在新生儿高胆红素血症中,可确保新生儿正常发育,改善认知功能,而且并发症少,具有较高的应用价值.

Objective To explore the application of health education and holistic nursing in neonatal hyperbilirubinemia.Methods 80 cases of neonates with hyperbilirubinemia admitted in our hospital from August 2016 to May 2017 were selected as the subjects.According to the different nursing methods,the control group(n=40,routine nursing)and the experimental group(N=40,health education and holistic nursing),observed two groups of neonatal cognitive function,mental development index and other indicators.Results There was no significant difference in PDI index and MDI index between the two groups(P>0.05).The two groups improved significantly(P<0.05),and the improvement was more obvious in the experimental group(P<0.05).The scores of GCS and NIHSS in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the complications of NBNA score in the experimental group were significantly less than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the experimental group was 5.00%(2/40)and 20.00%(8/40)in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Health education and holistic nursing can ensure the normal development of newborns and improve the cognitive function in neonatal hyperbilirubinemia,and the complications are few and have high application value.
