探讨妊娠期糖尿病分阶段综合护理干预对妊娠结局的影响研究

目的 探论妊娠期糖尿病分阶段综合护理干预对妊娠结局的影响.方法 选取2016年1月~2017年6月我院收治的妊娠期合并糖尿病患者200例,将其随机分为观察组和对照组.结果 观察组患者空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平、并发症发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05).新生儿并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 妊娠期糖尿病分阶段综合护理干预,在不同妊娠时期给予患者侧重点不同的饮食、运动、心理、孕期监测等护理干预.

Objective To investigate the effect of staged comprehensive nursing intervention on pregnancy outcome in gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods 200 cases of gestational diabetes mellitus in our hospital from January 2016 to June 2017 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.Results the fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2 h blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin level and complication rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of neonatal complications was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion the comprehensive nursing intervention for gestational diabetes mellitus,in different gestational periods,give different nursing interventions,such as diet,exercise,psychology,pregnancy monitoring.
