广泛性焦虑症患者应用程序化心理护理效果研究

目的 分析并研究程序化心理护理在广泛性焦虑症患者治疗中的临床效果.方法 随机选择2016年1月-2016年12月期间至我院接受治疗的50例广泛性焦虑症患者为研究对象,采用随机分组的方式将其分为研究组与对照组,每组各25例.予以对照组医院常规护理措施,研究组在常规护理的基础上实施程序化心理护理措施.观察两组护理后焦虑症状的改善情况,比较SCL-90各因子评分等指标.结果 研究组护理后的HAMA评分为(10.18±1.67)分,明显低于对照组的(14.56±2.41)分,组间差异显著(P<0.05);研究组护理后SCL-90症状自评量表中的强迫、人际关系、精神病性、抑郁与躯体化因子评分明显比对照组低,组间差异显著(P<0.05).结论 临床治疗中,应用程序化心里护理措施治疗广泛性焦虑症患者具有显著的临床治疗效果,值得推广应用.

Objective to analyze and Study on the clinical effect of psychological nursing program in the treatment of patients with anxiety disorder in extensive.Methods 50 patients with generalized anxiety disorder were randomly selected in January 2016-2016 year in December to our hospital as the research object,adopt the way of randomized divided into study group and control group,25 cases in each group.To the hospital routine nursing group measures,the research group received psychological nursing program on the basis of routine nursing measures.To observe the improvement of symptoms of anxiety after the intervention in the two groups,compare the scores of each factor of SCL-90 index.Results the study group HAMA score after nursing for(10.18+1.67)%,significantly lower than the control group(14.56+2.41),significant difference between groups(P<0.05);the study group after nursing SCL-90 symptom checklist in obsessive-compulsive,interpersonal relationship,mental disease,depression and somatization the factor score was significantly lower than the control group,significant difference between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion in the clinical treatment,the application of programmed heart care measures in the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder patients with significant clinical effect,it is worthy of popularization and application.
