双源CT心肌灌注扫描用于诊断冠心病缺血心肌的价值研究

摘要 目的 探讨双源CT心肌灌注扫描用于诊断冠心病缺血心肌的价值研究及分析。方法 选取疑似或已确诊的冠心病患者20例纳入研究,均接受双源CT心肌灌注扫描,获取患者的心肌血流值。并依据SPECT作为参照标准,评价分析双源CT心肌灌注扫描用于诊断冠心病缺血心肌的价值。结果 以SPECT作为参考,SPECT-MPI以病例数为基础的结果一致性为Kappa=0.484,P<0.005;SPECT-MPI以血管为基础的结果一致性为Kappa=0.633,P<0.001;SPECT-MPI以节段为基础的结果一致性为Kappa=0.771,P<0.001。结论 双源CT心肌灌注扫描用于诊断冠心病缺血心肌的价值显著。
