不同年龄女性乳腺癌临床病理及预后对比分析

摘要 目的 分析不同年龄女性乳腺癌患者的临床病理特征以及预后差异.方法 选取我院于2016年1月~2017年1月收治的女性乳腺癌患者132例作为研究对象,根据患者年龄差异分为青年组(n=15例),中年组(n=95例),老年组(n=22例),对三组患者的临床病理资料,对两组患者的临床病理特征进行观察,并对预后情况进行统计.结果 与青年组的肿瘤直径大小、临床分期、腋窝淋巴结转移数目、雌激素受体等指标与中年组、老年组对比(P<0.05),各组1年存活率比较差异无存在统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 不同年龄女性乳腺癌临床病理特征所有差异,预后效果也有所差异.
