发展农村合作组织促进河南脱贫攻坚

Developing Rural Cooperative Organization to Promote Poverty Alleviation in Henan Province

2020年全面建成小康社会的奋斗目标,是我们党向人民向历史作出的庄严承诺。目前,无论是河南还是全国,在脱贫攻坚方面均已取得了可喜的成绩。但是,到2020年全部脱贫,任务还相当艰巨。文章立足河南实际,结合当前脱贫攻坚关键时期的特殊任务,提出发展农村合作组织,促进河南脱贫攻坚,从而探讨一种既能促进当前脱贫攻坚,又能较好地避免脱贫人口重新返贫或者造成新的贫困人口的战略性、针对性、创新性、可操作性的长效脱贫机制。

The goal of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way in 2020 is the solemn promise made by our party to the people and to history.At present,whether in Henan or in the whole country,some gratifying results have been achieved in the fight against poverty.However,the task of lifting all people out of poverty by 2020 is still quite arduous.Based on Henan’s reality and in light of the special tasks of the current critical period of poverty alleviation,this paper puts forward the development of rural cooperative organizations to promote poverty alleviation in Henan,thus exploring a way to facilitate poverty alleviation in Henan and avoid the long-term poverty alleviation mechanism of the poverty alleviation population returning to poverty or causing the new poor population to be strategic,targeted,innovative and operable.
