摘要
为满足鲍鱼高效可控的保活流通需求,采用实时动态监控的冷海水喷淋保活模式,研制了鲍鱼保活运输车。对冷海水喷淋保活运输车的环境控制技术进行研究,探索合适的喷淋循环水水质净化方式,对喷淋海水紫外杀菌技术进行研究,分析了不同辐照强度、辐照时间对灭菌效果的影响;对气提式砂滤器中进气量、砂层厚度、砂层粒径对固体颗粒物等去除率的影响进行研究,同时对喷淋海水温度BPNN-PID控制与传统PID控制效果进行对比研究。结果表明,研制的鲍鱼保活流通运输车具有良好的环境调节性能,可满足鲍鱼保活运输需求。
In order to meet the demand for efficient and controllable keep-alive of abalone,we adopted a real-time dynamic monitoring mode of cold seawater spray and preservation,developed an abalone keep-alive transport vehicle,and implemented an environmental control technology for cold seawater spray keep-alive transport vehicles.Besides,we researched and explored suitable spray circulating water purification methods,conducted research on ultraviolet disinfection technology of spray seawater,analyzed the influence of different irradiation intensity and irradiation time on the sterilization effect,and carried out air intake in the air stripping sand filter.The effects of air inflow,sand thickness,sand particle size on the removal of solid particles were researched.The comparative research on the effects between spray seawater temperature BPNN-PID control and traditional PID control was carried out.The results indicated that the abalone keep-alive flow vehicle developed in this research had good environmental regulation performance and could meet the needs of the abalone’s keep-alive transportation.
