基于EDEM的倾斜圆盘勺式大豆排种器投种性能优化研究 被引量:7

摘要 为提高倾斜圆盘勺式大豆排种器投种稳定性和均匀性,建立投种过程的运动学模型,分析得出排种盘转速和投种角是影响投种性能的主要因素。利用离散元软件EDEM进行仿真研究,设计二因素二次回归正交旋转组合试验,运用SPSS软件对试验数据进行处理,以合格指数和变异系数作为排种器性能评价指标,分别建立其与排种盘转速、投种角的回归方程,利用Matlab绘制三维等值线图,确定了影响合格指数和变异系数的主要因素。对试验因素进行优化计算,得出最优参数组合为排种盘转速41.7 r/min,投种角19.2°,此时合格指数为94.88%,变异系数为12.17%。 In order to improve the seeding stability and uniformity of the inclined disc scoop soybean seeding device,the kinematics model of the seeding process was established.It was analyzed that the rotational speed and the seeding angle of the seeding disc were the main factors affecting the seeding performance.Discrete element software EDEM was used for simulation study.A two-factor quadratic regression orthogonal rotation combination experiment was designed.SPSS software was used to process the experimental data.Seed index and coefficient of variation were used as evaluation indexes of seedmeters to establish the regression equation of the rotation speed and the seeding angle of the seed disk,the three-dimensional contour map was drawn using Matlab,and the main factors affecting each performance index were determined.The optimization factors of the experimental factors were calculated.The optimal parameter combination was 41.7 r/min seeding disc rotation and 19.2°seeding angle.The passing index was 94.88%and the coefficient of variation was 12.17%.
