Research on the Strategy of Sustainable Development of Rural Residential Buildings under the Background of New Urbanization

基于新型城镇化背景以及中共十九大提出的乡村振兴战略,分析了我国实施农村住宅规划的概念,阐述了农村住宅规划发展在乡村振兴战略中的重要意义,归纳总结了农村住宅规划发展建设进程中存在的主要问题,提出了我国现阶段农村住宅规划发展的对策,以期达到农村住宅的合理性、宜居性。

Based on the new background of urbanization and rural revitalization strategy proposed by 19th CPC National congress,we analyzed the concept of rural residential planning and elaborated the signifiicance in rural rejuvenating,summarized the main problems existing in the process of development and construction of rural residential planning,put forward countermeasures of the rural residential planning and development at the present stage in China,in order to achieve the rationality of the rural residential livability.
