摘要 通过体内和体外试验,分析低聚半乳糖对小鼠肠道菌群的调节作用。体外试验中将低聚半乳糖作为培养基碳源,研究不同添加剂量低聚半乳糖对大肠埃希菌和乳酸杆菌的生长影响;体内试验以小鼠为模型,将小鼠随机分组,试验组连续14d灌胃低聚半乳糖,在第0、7、14天采集小鼠新鲜粪便进行菌群培养,观察菌群数量的变化。研究表明,体外试验中30g/L低聚半乳糖对大肠埃希菌抑制作用最强;体内试验中低聚半乳糖可使小鼠粪便中乳酸杆菌数量增加,大肠埃希菌和产气荚膜梭菌数量减少。试验结果表明,低聚半乳糖具有调节小鼠肠道菌群平衡的作用。 In order to investigate effects of galactooligosaccharides on intestinal flora in mice,this research was divided into two aspects,in vitro and in vivo tests of mice.Galactooligosaccharides powder were respectively replaced glucose in the medium,Escherichia coli and Lactobacillus were cultured in vitro,the effects on the growth of two kinds of bacteria with different concentrations of sugar were observed.In vivo tests were performed in mice as a model,the mice were randomly divided into groups.The mice in the experimental group were given with galactooligosaccharides for 14 days.The fresh feces of mice were collected in zero,seventh and fourteenth days for bacterial culture in the corresponding media.The effects of galactooligosaccharides on Escherichia coli,Clostridium perfringens and Lactobacillus in intestinal tract of mice were observed.The results showed that 30 g/L galactooligosaccharides had the strongest inhibitory effect on Escherichia coli in vitro.In vivo tests the galactooligosaccharides can inhibit the growth of Escherichia coli and Clostridium perfringens,and promote the proliferation of Lactobacillus.It is concluded that galactooligosaccharides have the role of regulating the balance of intestinal flora.
