中药外用治疗皮肤创伤修复研究进展

Progress on Traditional Chinese Medicine in Treating Skin Wounds

中药外用治疗皮肤创伤在我国具有悠久的历史和较为完善的理论体系,随着分子生物学技术的飞速发展,创伤愈合分子层面的研究成为热点。中药通过调控与创伤相关细胞因子作用来促进创伤愈合。创伤分为新鲜创和陈旧创,依据中兽医理论治疗方法是有区别的。现代兽医学研究表明,传统中兽医理论和治疗方法符合现代兽医学理论并有许多相似之处。论文通过结合中兽医治疗皮肤创伤的临床应用,对中药外用促进皮肤创伤愈合机制进行了总结,并对中药治疗皮肤创伤愈合的临床应用前景进行了展望。

Traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of skin wounds which has a relatively complete theoretical system,has a long history in China.The reseearch of wound healing in molecular level has become a hot spot as the rapid development of modern molecular biology.Traditional Chinese medicines accelerate the ratio of wound healing by regulating some cytokines.Traumas which were divided into fresh wounds and old wounds,were different in accordance with the theory of veterinary treatment.Modern veterinary studies showed there were lots of similarities between modern veterinary science and traditional veterinary theory.This paper summarized the mechanism of Chinese medicine for promoting the wound healing rate,combining with the clinical application and the prospect of Chinese medicine.
