摘要
制备了一种铝硅酸盐矿物/石墨复合材料(AGC),用于净化含中性红的印染废水。通过BET等技术分析表明,AGC具有多孔径分布、大比表面积、低散失率等优良特性。研究了AGC用量、中性红(NR)初始质量浓度、溶液初始pH及吸附时间对吸附NR的影响。结果表明:在最佳工艺条件下,AGC对NR的平衡吸附量(qe)可达108.47 mg/g。对使用过的复合材料在750℃焙烧1 h进行脱附,重复使用5次后仍维持理想的吸附水平。吸附机制研究表明,吸附体系均符合Langmuir吸附等温线模型及准一级动力学模型;ΔG~Θ<0、ΔH~Θ<0、ΔS~Θ>0说明吸附过程为放热反应,并且在15~45℃下有利于反应顺利自发进行。
An aluminosilicate minerals/graphite composite(AGC)was prepared for absorbing neutral red(NR)from dyeing wastewater.Analytic results of the AGC were illustrated by the techniques of BET,which revealed the excellent properties,such as multi-aperture distribution,large specific surface area,low loss ratio and so on.A batch adsorption study was carried out with varied adsorbent dosages,initial concentrations and pH,and reaction times.The results showed that the equilibrium adsorption capacity(qe)of AGC to NR was 108.47 mg/g under the best processing parameters.AGC might be re-utilized as well after 5 times desorbed by roasting under 750℃for 1 h.The adsorption equilibrium and kinetics followed Langmuir and typical pseudo-first-order adsorption models,respectively.Thermodynamic parameters ofΔG<0,ΔH<0 andΔS>0 showed that the adsorptions were spontaneous and exothermic processes at temperature of 15~45℃.
