改革开放以来党的建设总体布局的与时俱进

The Overall Layout of the Party Building since the Reform and Opening up to the Outside World Has Kept Pace with the Times

改革开放40年来,中国共产党紧紧围绕新的历史条件下"建设什么样的党、怎样建设党"这个重大问题,不断加强和改进党的建设。在此过程中,随着实践的发展和认识的深化,不断深化了对党的建设总体布局的认识。经过近40年和8次党代会的不断探索和科学总结,党的十九大提出了更加完备的新时代党的建设的总体布局:全面推进党的政治建设、思想建设、组织建设、作风建设和纪律建设,把制度建设贯穿其中,深入推进反腐败斗争。这一总体布局具有继承性、时代性、创新性、科学性特征,将有力推进我们党的未来工程建设。

Over the past 40 years since the reform and opening up,the Chinese Communist Party has closely focused on the major issue of"what kind of party to build and how to build the party"under the new historical conditions,and constantly strengthened and improved the party building.In this process,with the development of practice and deepening of understanding,we have continuously deepened our understanding of the overall layout of party building.Based on the continuous exploration and scientific summerization for nearly 40 years and 8 times of congresses of party representatives,a more comprehensive general situation of party building in the new era was proposed on the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China:comprehensively promote the political construction,ideological construction,organizational construction,work style construction and discipline construction of the communist party of China,and through the construction of the system,and keep deepening the anti-corruption struggle.This overall layout is inherited,contemporary,innovative,and scientific,and will vigorously promote the construction of our party in the future.
