党的十一届三中全会开启了我国文化开放的序幕,我国文化开放之路已走过近40年的光辉历程。在这40年间,我国文化开放取得了巨大成就,也积累了很多宝贵经验,主要包括坚持党的领导与以人民为中心,坚持服从和服务于经济发展,坚持以改革、创新促开放,坚持以社会主义核心价值体系为引领,坚持线上线下放管相结合,坚持人才兴业等6个方面。这些经验反映了中国特色社会主义文化开放之路的本质特征与内在规律。回顾并总结这些重要经验,对于推进新时代文化开放工程具有十分重要的实践意义。

The Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the CPC Party opened the prelude to the opening of China's culture.The road of culture opening up to the outside world has gone through a glorious course of nearly 40 years in China.During these 40 years,China has made great achievements and accumulated a lot of valuable experience on the opening up to the outside world for culture,including adhering to the CPC leadership and people-centered,adhering to and serving the economic development,insisting on reform,innovation and opening up,persisting in the guiding by core socialist value system,and adhering to the combination of online and offline management and delegating authority,and adhering to rejuvenating industry by talents.These experiences reflect the essential characteristics and internal laws of the road of opening up to the outside world for the socialist culture with Chinese characteristics.Reviewing and summarizing these important experiences is of great practical significance for promoting the opening up of culture in the new era.
