湖北图书发行业现状与对策——基于全国行业视域

Current Situation and Countermeasures of Hubei Book Industry —— Based on the National Industry Vision

随着电商平台的兴起和大众数字阅读习惯的形成,传统图书发行行业面临着转型升级的巨大挑战,我国图书发行业也面临巨大的生存发展压力。近年来,通过政府扶持和企业改革与创新等措施,我国图书发行行业整体向好,在激烈的竞争中实现增长。"十二五"以来,湖北省图书发行业取得了巨大进步,但在发行单位、人员和网点建设等方面也存在诸多不足。实现湖北省出版发行产业的可持续发展,在改变阅读习惯,加强政府调控和市场调节的前提下,一要延续税收优惠政策,二要尽快构建科学绩效评价体系,三要加大对盗版的打击力度,以尽快打造新型发展模式。同时,发行企业自身也要积极探索和创新。

With the rise of e-commerce platform and the formation of popular digital reading habits,the traditional book publishing industry is facing a huge challenge of transformation and upgrading.China's book publishing industry is also facing tremendous pressure for survival and development.In recent years,through the government support and enterprise reform and innovation measures,China's book distribution industry as a whole has improved and achieved growth in fierce competition.Since the“12th Five-Year Plan”,the book publishing industry in Hubei Province has made great progress,but there are also many shortcomings in the construction of publishing companies,personnel and operating outlets.To realize the sustainable development of the publishing industry in Hubei Province,and under the premise of changing reading habits,and strengthening government regulation and market regulation,we must,firstly,continue the preferential tax policies,and secondly,build a scientific performance evaluation system as soon as possible,and thirdly,increase the crackdown on piracy to create new type of development mode as soon as possible.Meanwhile,the enterprises themselves must also positively keep exploring and innovating as well.
