依托红色文化推进高校育人工作具有重要意义,即有助于高校培育和践行社会主义核心价值观,有助于高校推进思想政治工作改革与创新,有助于弘扬中华民族传统文化。目前,高校红色文化育人方面存在一些问题,具体表现为:宣传红色文化力度不足,思政课堂偏重理论教学而忽视实践教学,文化的多元化阻碍学生树立正确的世界观、人生观和价值观,红色文化产业的规划与设计难以激发学生的学习兴趣。加强高校红色文化育人的路径主要有:与时代同步,激活教育体制改革;借助属地优势,推动教育载体创新;重视教师队伍建设,提升红色文化教育师资水平,同时激发高校师生红色文化的学习热情。

It is of great significance to rely on the red culture to promote the education of college students,which not only helps colleges to cultivate and practice the core values of socialism and promote the reform and innovation of ideological and political work,but also promote the traditional culture of the Chinese nation.At present,there are some problems in the college education relying on red culture.The specific manifestations are:insufficient promotion of red culture,ideological and political courses emphasize theoretical teaching and neglect practical teaching,and cultural diversity blocks the students from establishing a correct world and life outlook,and values,and the planning and design of the red cultural industry is difficult to stimulate students'interest in learning.The main ways to strengthen the red culture of colleges and universities are:keeping pace with the times to activate the reform of the education system;relying on regional advantages to promote the innovation of educational carriers;and focus on the construction of the faculty to improve the level of teachers in red culture education,and stimulate the enthusiasm of both teachers and students of the colleges to study red culture.
