摘要
文章以某款电动载货车动力总成悬置系统优化为研究对象,利用结构分析软件ANSYS workbench对两种不同布置形式悬置系统进行了结构强度、模态分析,并结合整车的NVH对动力总成悬置系统支架的模态要求,选择出合理的一套动力总成悬置方案,提升了整车的NVH性能,研究内容对工程具有实际指导意义。
This article makes a electric vehicle power assembly suspension system optimization as the research object,using the structural analysis software ANSYS workbench analyzed the rate of structural strength,modal of two different layout forms of suspension system,and combined with NVH on vehicle power assembly suspension system requirements,to choose a power assembly suspension scheme to enhance the NVH performance of the vehicle,the research content has practical guiding significance to engineering.
