摘要
文章针对汽油机活塞开展传热分析,基于一维性能仿真模型获得有限元分析必要边界条件,运用有限元稳态传热计算活塞温度场,通过CATIA建立活塞三维模型,有限元软件ABAQUS活塞进行温度场计算分析,得到活塞三维温度场,并通过隔热槽的方法降低活塞第一环槽的温度,为活塞机构改进和优化提供了参考。
In this paper,the heat transfer analysis is carried out for gasoline engine pistons.The necessary boundary conditions for finite element analysis are obtained based on the one-dimensional performance simulation model.The piston temperature field is calculated using the finite element steady-state heat transfer,the three-dimensional piston model is established by CATIA,and the finite element software ABAQUS piston is used for the temperature field.Calculating and analyzing,the three-dimensional temperature field of the piston is obtained,and the temperature of the first ring groove of the piston is reduced by the method of heat insulation groove,which provides a reference for the improvement and optimization of the piston mechanism.
