摘要
文章主要介绍了驾驶室液压举升系统中一个重要组成部分限位拉带支座的失效模式分析及改进设计。首先分析了改进前铸件实际制造过程中形成的铸造缺陷对整个系统造成的致命影响,其次通过计算改进设计了一款钢板折弯件,优化了其受力模式并通过ANSYS Workbench软件进行仿真分析。
This paper mainly introduces the cab an important part of the limiting seat belt failure analysis and improved design.First,the advantages and disadvantages of the improved castings are analyzed the fatal impact of casting defects on the whole system during the actual manufacturing process,secondly a steel plate bending part is designed and improved by calculation and improved,and its stress mode is optimized and the simulation analysis is carried out by ANSYS Workbench software.
