摘要
文章以重型载货车辆作为研究对象,对同步器同步过程进行建模与仿真。从整车运动学及变速箱动力学角度对车辆换挡过程进行分析,推导出通用性强的换挡同步数学模型。通过与实验数据分析比较,验证了模型具有代表性,从而可以预测各个参数对换挡过程影响,为换挡参数改进和控制系统的设计提供依据。
The model and simulation of the synchronization of synchronizer was established based on the heavy vehicle.Analyzed the shift process from the point of the vehicle dynamics and gearbox,derived the versatility mathmatical model of synchronous shift.Verified the representative of the model by comparing with experimental data,which can predict the effect of every parameter on gearshift,and can provide basis for modifying the shift parameters and designing the control system.
