汽车线束是汽车电路的主体,没有线束也就没有汽车电路。随着汽车技术的不断发展和人们对汽车功能的需求越来越多,大量电器设备的应用以及车内空间的局限性,车内布线难度越来越大。如何使大量线束在有限的空间内有效合理的布局成为了汽车制造业的难题。该文以某重型卡车为例,对汽车线束的合理布置以及插接器的选择进行了研究。

The automobile wiring harness is the most important part of automobile eletrical appliance.Without automobile wiring harness there would be no automobile eletrical appliance.With the development of automobile technology and all kinds of demands for automobile functions,the application of a large numbers of electrical equipments and limitation of interior space,it is difficult to arrange wiring harness in the automobile.The problem how to arrange wiring harness in the automobile reasonability is becoming a challenge in automobile industry.The research take a heavy-duty automobile as an example,do research into how to arrange wiring harness reasonability and how to select connectors.
