某汽车变速器轴承异响问题分析与处理

文章针对某型车变速箱装配下线台架试验时出现异响的问题,通过一系列检测分析,确定了产生该现象的原因为四点定位轴承引导间隙小使得轴承无法润滑产生磨损并导致异响;为锁定造成四点定位轴承引导间隙小根本原因,利用质量管理方法来进行分析,确定了主动检测设备维修后未校准是根本原因,并制定了相应的预防措施,避免该类故障的再次发生。

For a certain type of car gearbox assembly line test bench when the abnormal sound problems,through a series of analysis,to determine the causes of the phenomenon of the four point positioning bearing guide small gap so that the bearing can not be lubricated wear and leads to abnormal sound;lock caused four point positioning bearing guide small gap to fundamental reasons.Was analyzed by using the method of quality management,to determine the active detection equipment maintenance after calibration is the basic reason,and formulate the corresponding preventive measures,to avoid this type of accident happening again.
