某汽油机进气歧管的优化设计

Optimized Design of Intake Manifold for a Gasoline Engine

摘要 文章基于AVL-BOOST软件,搭建了某汽油机热力学仿真模型,通过模型的标定,标定结果与试验数据吻合良好,证明了计算模型的准确性。在标定模型的基础上,采用DoE优化分析法,对进气歧管结构进行优化,使外特性下额定工况净功率提升了4kW,同时其他转速的动力性保持不变,这为进气歧管的设计提供了指导。 Base on AVL-BOOST software in the article,the thermodynamics simulation model of a gasoline engine was established.By calibrating this model,the calculated results had a good agreement with test data,which verified the accuracy of calculated model.On the basis of the calculated model,the structure of intake manifold was optimized by DoE analysis technique.Net power of rated condition was improved 4kW,and the dynamic propertys of others were maintained.This analysis had a good guidance for the intake manifold.
